CoachIn 2018 at the National Poetry Slam in Chicago, IL, lead the team to their second Semifinals appearance and a 9th place finish out of 72 teams from around the world. This the highest national ranking that any team from Buffalo has ever had.
In 2017 at the National Poetry Slam in Denver, CO, lead the team to their second Semi-finals appearance and a top 50 finish out of 72 teams from around the world.
In 2016 at the National Poetry Slam in Decatur, GA, lead the team to their second Semi-finals appearance and a 9th place finish out of 72 teams from around the world.
Preparing team by holding weekly practices/workshops focusing on writing and performance while providing feedback to better improve their content and the way it is presented.
